Ace Automations ("we") builds workflow automations for local businesses. This policy explains how our automation software, AceOS, handles Google user data when a client connects a Google account.

What we access

When a client authorizes AceOS, we access only the Google services needed for the automations they asked for. Depending on the client, that can include Gmail, Google Business Profile (posts and reviews), Google Sheets, and Google Drive.

How we use it

We use this data only to run the client's requested automations, such as publishing posts, replying to reviews, producing reports, and sending review requests to the client's own customers. We do not use Google user data for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent Google user data. We do not share it with third parties except where needed to operate the requested automation or where required by law. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.

Storage and security

Access credentials are stored in our private automation software behind access controls. We keep data only as long as needed to run the automation the client requested.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deleting data

Clients can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by emailing us. On request, we will delete stored credentials.
